My Order Was Returned to Sender – What Now?
If your package was sent back to us:

How to prevent this in the future:

International Orders: Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside your country, local customs may charge import fees (duties/taxes) when your package arrives. These costs vary by destination and are the customer's responsibility - we have no control over them.
