Pre-Orders Explained

We’re so excited you’re considering a pre-order! Here’s how it works:

• Estimated shipping timelines are listed on each product page.
  
• We’ll ship your order as soon as stock arrives (we’ll hustle—promise!).
  
• If your order contains both in-stock + pre-order items, everything will ship together when the pre-order item is ready. (Want them separately? Just place two orders!)

Shipping FAQs 

When will my in-stock order ship?
Within 10-14 business days (we’re a small team hand-packing each order with care!).

Delivery times after shipping:
• US & Canada: 2-3 weeks
• 🌍 International: 4-8 weeks (customs can sometimes add delays)

Tracking info:

• US/Canada: All orders include tracking.
• International: Only available with tracked shipping options (select at checkout).

Free Shipping Policy 

For US & Canada:

• Orders over $150 USD (after discounts) qualify.
  
• Must ship to a US/Canadian address.
• Applies only to Standard Shipping (2-3 week delivery).
